Qualification: first class arts/ commerce graduates  with first class post graduation in marketing /finance in regular college course.

Experience : In any private /public sector bank with at least five years experience ,of which minimum 2 years in scale one grade. experience in marketing area is an added advantage.

Desirable :  hands on computer skills,fluent spoken and written knowledge of hindi and english apart from mother tongue.

age: maximum 40 years as per december 2013

Fee: candidates will have to pay a fee of 500 rs by the way of crossed demand draft drawn in favor  of  Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Ltd.payable at Thoothukudi/Tuticorin/Tirunelveli.

Procedure for selection : The candidates should appear for an online objective type examination with centers at tamil nadu .The date time and venue of the examination will be communicated to the eligible candidates individually by email / post.

After evaluation , on the basis of online examination ,candidates will be shortlisted for the personal interview in the order of the merit.

Probationary Period: Selected candidates will be on probation for a period of one year.

At the end of probationary period they will be subjected to an internal screening process to evaluate their performance before being confirmed in their service.
